Try to turn your WiFi antenna on the phone off for a moment and then turn it back on. If that doesn't resolve it, try restarting the phone. Should that fail, you should contact your carrier for technical assistance from a different phone so you don't get disconnected if you have to restart phone, remove battery to get serial number, etc.

I would try to delete the app from your phone and re-install. You should not loose any data. (Don't hold me to it). That would remove any old versions and file and reinstall new version...

Ask your service provider for activating mms and mms settings. activate the service and settings and you will receive mms. enjoy !
