Unplugging and plugging back in
You may have blown the speaker. Bring it to wherever you bought it from and they can see if you did or not.

I picked up the folling troubleshooting tips from the PlayStation Knowledge Center. I know it may seem silly or insulting; This is not my intention. Problems like this are usually just little things you're over-looking. Give thest tips a shot, one by one, and see if your solution is in here. If it isn't, message me back here & we'll try something else to get your controller working, ok? By the way... Is it a sixaxis controller or dualshock?

From the Wii, the Audio-Video (AV) cable is Red White and Yellow. Now, those R, W, Y should connect to the R, W, Y inputs of your TV. At times, the inputs to the TV have a Red, Blue, Green input - DO NOT USE those inputs. This is precisely what happened in my case. Now, it is fixed.

you will need to unplug from the wall and unplug all cables from the Wii.
After this you need to hold the power button in for 30 seconds while its unpluged to discharge it.
