the 2.0 firmware update disables the Zibri unlock.
No big deal, you have to use Pwnagetool/Winpwn to unlock it.

It sounds like the unlocking screwed up part of the software, if you are using the newest version, there is a problem when unlocking the phone. If you down grade to the prior software version, it may fix the problem, it's difficult to know what people have done to the phones due to the many different methods of unlocking jailbreaking etc, if it were mine I would try to do re install of the prior firmware, if that doesen't work, you may be able to just get a new sim card from your provider. That is more than likely what got messed up

SOURCE: SIM card not supported in itunes
what you need to do is put your iphone in recovery mode then wait until itunes reconizes your iphone. it should say itunes has detected a iphone in recovery mode choose restore and that should take care of the problem, (if you backed up your iphone b4 you updated it) and if that doesnt work your still in luck because the dev team put out a new jail for 2.2.1 n lower try jailbreaking it using quickpwn hope this helps
