Question about Brother Sewing Machines
Sewing machine repair shop in Australia can not get a replacement board
Don't mean to insult you, but have you contacted the Brother company directly ? I've had nothing but outstanding service from them, even on older devices, and as a result I have several Brother brand items. They've always provided the very best service I could hope for, though if a machine is past a certain age, they may no longer have parts either. The curse of planned obsolescence.
I also see a great many parts for all kinds of machines on Ebay, so it is often worth checking on there, or sites like it, if the company cannot help. Surprising sometimes what can turn up on there.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You can get a manual at www.ifixmachines.com or you could try www.brother.com. Best bet is the general manual order form, I'd pay with paypal.com and they'll get you the manual or refund your money.
Good luck, that seems to be a older model

If you have any problems with sewing machines with electronic boards or if the machine is computerised it is wise to take it to a specialist for repair.
