Is not cutting and cutter is on, also, it is printing double lines

Fault: Double line & paper is not cutting.
>Check encoder strip, any damage or dirty?
>Clean encoder strip, replace it..
Reason why its not cutting?: Carriage moves to left side to lock & bring the cutter to cut the paper, but if its not reaching proper calculated destination due to dirty or damaged encoder, it wont lock the cutter to bring it out result paper wont cut even cutter in on condition..

Keeps saying Low Temperature and wont print

based on the error, the surroundings of the printer is too cold. The room temperature is needs to be raised.
its too cold for the printhead to print, if the error continues, than most likely the printhead needs replacement.

After About 10 tickets a white line will start showing up in the

If printing with ribbon, check to see if you have ribbon burnt onto the printhead. If so, lower the temp of the heat on print. Or you can speed up the print speed.
I have seen this happen alot when the ambient temp is low, and the printer tries to make up for the differences in temperature.
Check the hed first..

After cutting the label the printer pulls media back about 1/2''

you can adjust the tear off position.
check if need the backfeed and what setting, if you need, you be able to stop doing that (no back feed) but can change the print on the lable.

Temperature problem

i had the exact same problem, but after some fiddling around i found that if u unplug the USB cord from the printer itself, that it will print what ever you were trying to print,, it will still say low temp... but you can at least get a few prints out of it, even if you do have to unplug the cord every once in a while :)
