Question about Keurig Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
Fill water reservoir and turn power on, and the water pumps out, without stopping or warming.
The problem is the water valve. The valve is either stuck open due to lime and scale build up or the valve has gone bad and needs to be replaced. The cheapest and easiest thing to do is clean it. Get a gallon of white vinegar and fill reservoir 3/4 of way with vinegar and rest with water. Make sure you put a big enough pot under it to retrieve the poor out. Run this through 2 to 3 times and if it is because of lime and scale this should clean it out and it should start to work again. Do this at least once a month but then you will only need to run it through once. Keurig does sale a solution just for this but white vinegar is cheaper and works just the same and will not hurt your unit. If this does not work then you need a new valve and in most cases it is cheaper to buy a new machine if you can not do it yourself. Hope this works for you and enjoy your coffee.

Keurig is having a big problem with this. When you turn it on, pick up the reservoir and place it back down. What you are hearing is the unit trying to pull the water through and it won't. It will try for a minute and then shut itself off. So power on, lift and lower water unit and it should be good. CALL KEURIG and tell them about the problem. If enough of us call then maybe they will do something.
