Question about Hamat 3-3141PC Country Classic Bar Faucet with Lever Handle Polished Chrome...
A disturbed water flow causes such sounds. Since the sound propagates through the entire plumbing? The problem may be hard to pinpoint but is generally located at a valve or an endpoint.
Check that all valves are opened completely
Try removing one of the faucets and letting the water flow freely
If you can not repair - descaling or replacement.

The culprit is probably air suction between cold and hot conduits inside the tap mechanism due to faulty seals or chipped seal bays. You could install no return valves on incoming cold and hot water supply pipes or change the mechanism. I had a Hamat technician recently changing a mechanism in a leaking Everest tap only to start noise problem. On a second visit they replaced again the mechanism to an older and better version which has two separate seals. The new mechanism has a single seal that covers both conduits and apparently doesn't seal well and cause noises both in tap and pipes when in half open position.

If the noise is coming from the pipes, try closing the valves just a little, one at a time, while the faucet is on.
