I had my phone service interupted by hackers, and was told that I would recieve a new phone when I returned the frozen phone, it has been over ten days since i was told this, and i still have not reci

I was instructed by a company rep that I would be sent a packett through the mail to send back the locked phone in ten business days, but it has been more day than ten, and I still have not been sent the return packett, so that i could be sent a new unlocked device

    What makes you think it was hackers?
    Have you tried a hard reset?

    to perform a hard reset you may try

    While the phone is turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons together. Then, while holding these, press and release the Power button (keep holding the volume buttons). The phone should turn on and a menu will appear. Press the Volume down button to navigate to the Recovery option. Press the Volume Up to select (if that doesn't work, use the Power button to select). A yellow triangle and an Android logo will appear. Press the Volume Down and Volume Up button together and a recovery menu should appear. Use the Volume buttons to move to the Wipe data/Factory reset option and then press Power to select. Again, use the Volume Down key to choose Yes and press the Power button again to select.

    Have you contacted the company to let them know you are still awaiting an RMA (return to manufacturer) package?

You can only make international calls when you have subscribed to it. please contact the helpline of your service provider for it.

as per new government rules the services to phones have incorrect imei numbers are banned.so visit any cell show room and ask them to give you a new imei number.hope your problem will be no more.all the best

Big problem .. you had a bad firmware download and the unit is now stuck in the development mode. Two solutions .. 1) return to Magellan for a replacement. 2) If not in warranty .. there is a third party repair center on the internet .. use your browser and search for 'magellan triton repair'

you can have them replaced the flexcable also allow them to reflash your phone for you....this should correct the issues you are having with the phone...just take it to any mobile service center and have them repair it for you there.
