Question about HP Office Equipment & Supplies
After 2 yers and 1 month, the prints of fotos look like s.... Toner changed - no effect. What is wrong?
Can you clarify "looks like @#$" means. Is the color washed out, are there streaks, toner missing? Any chance you can scan one of your bad prints and post so I can see?

When printing from the computer, you receive a line of garbage or all of the printed output comes out on one line.

Sometimes it may not be the toner that is the issue in this case the problem is with the black imaging unit, remove it and check for any damage and check the how life is left on it, if you have a spare then replace it!
copy and paste this directly into your address field!

That problem is frequently on HP 2600 series.
You must try to change all remanufactured toner cartridges with HP OEM with no exception, the best alignment it is when you change the black cartridge and the printer make a cleaning page process. Cartridge HP OEM should be almoust empty. It Is not necesarry to be a new one. After the alignment process, you can put the remanufacturated cartridges back on.
This was work for me. 100%
