Check the Wiring, more than likely, the wire has come loose.

Testimonial: "I already did continuity check on the harness and they're fine. The motor and the incline were connected direct to a power source and checked out ok. The LED is solid red telling me that the bottom circuit board is getting power. The magnet has also been aligned with a 1/8 gap. What do I do next?"

1/8 Gap seems large... I agree that the RED LED indicates power getting to the board but did you test power going to the Magnetic? If no power, I would suspect the Controller is not working

My HEALTHRIDER H95T treadmill is stuck in the fully elevated (level 12) angle on the platform and will not move

The incline motor is jammed due to a faulty incline sensor or incline motor assy. This is somewhat hazardous if you do not know what you are doing to remove the incline motor. Sometimes you can repair it most of the time you replace the incline motor assy. Must be calibrated upon completion.

Healthrider S500i HRTL12990 belt won't run

HI,
If you can then before replacing the Motor control board do one thing. Replace the IGBT on the control board. Igbt is the component which drive the motor. It will not cost a lot. The only thing is you should be very careful while working on the motor control board because there you can see two capacitors which is capable of store charge for a long period of time even the treadmill is unplugged. Before doing work on the control board you have to discharge the capacitor. If not it will lead to serious electric shock. You will get many pages on web to know how to discharge an electrolytic capacitor. I have add the picture of the motor control board with the igbt marked. You can find the part number written in its frond side. Replace the IGBT first.

I have HealthRider model HRTL71830. Was using it for about 3 years. A few days ago I moved it a bit and afterwards the console stopped responding. I'm not really sure if that's the cause of the problem or...

Unfortunately, you need to replace the entire console. HealthRider's consoles are notorious for this behavior. The company that manufactures them only sells the console as a whole unit so you can get individual parts. Depending on the age of the machine you'll be looking at between $300-$800.
