Where can I find Asus VivoBook S200E Electric schematic in particular charging circuit diagram?

My experience is that such schematics are not available. I advise contacting Asus support (if it easy to do so) to see if they are any help. Otherwise search on the internet extensively.
Your problem is battery not charging but works from mains right ? I have a suggestion for this, but it will require you to find out a few things.

My x553m asus laptop won't switch on. What do I need to do. Please help

for first ,check power supply
This is one of the most common problems. There are various things that can go wrong, from using the wrong laptop power supply to a faulty power brick or even a blown fuse.
First, make sure the battery has some charge. If you're not sure, and there's no power indicator on the battery itself, then remove it entirely and just use the mains charger.
Check over the wire itself, as power supplies get beaten up, especially if you carry them everywhere. Weak points are at the ends where it joins the black brick and at the plug which connects to the laptop. If you can see the coloured wires inside the black outer protection, it could be time to buy a new PSU.

Why does my asus notbook not turn on and is blank?

Sounds like the battery is completely flat.
Ensure your charger is plugged into the mains socket and plug into your notebook. Leave to charge for about an hour, then it should switch on.
When you have finished using it, make sure it is shut down correctly and leave it charging over night for a full charge. (When it is switched on whilst charging, it takes much longer to charge.)

Asus eee pc 1000ha wont take charge from adapter

try unplugging from the mains, remove the battery, hold the power button down for 30 seconds. plug the mains adapter in and try turning on. if it doesn't work then it's either the power socket or the mainboard.
if it does work, then try it again with the batter in. if it stops working then your battery's shot.

Hello.

The most common reasons for power issues are the battery, power jack and power adapter/cord.

Power off and remove the battery. If the laptop powers on with just the adapter connected, your battery is faulty.

If you move/wiggle the power adapter at the point where it connects to the laptop, and the power goes off and on, the power jack is the problem.

The power jack is inside the laptop and either needs soldering or replacement. If a power jack problem, it should be addressed by someone knowledgeable.

If no change, the power adapter is probably faulty and needs replacement.
Hope this helps.

Check the voltage at the pins of the adapter. If present accordingg to the specifications then connect to the laptop and remove the battery from behind. Now check the voltage at the battery terminal of the laptop. if there is low or no voltage to the desired level then there are problems within the main board as this insufficient voltage will not charge the battery makeing it go down below level.

Asus A6R -No power at all

yes repairing laptops is tricky, not like a desktop pc, so that sounds about right, and yes the port on the back where the power plugs in will wear out and break. thus not charging your battery no matter what power adaptor you use. so yes ask them if they offer a no fix no fee policy on that repair. and when they do fix it. check what warrenty the repair comes with. other than that it sounds fine to me.
