Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Next you need to check if the LINE output transformer has failed. If so this will have a higher current drain and so switch off the SMPS unit. check for the EHT drivers, capacitors in the HT circuit.
