Re: cant get pictures off my phone!!!

You need to download the mobile phone tools software for your phone.

this software will help you put your pictures from your phone to the pc or buy a bluetooth adapter for your pc then transfer from phone to pc.

You may be running out of storage on your phone. See if you can transfer pictures into your computer and then erase them on the phone. Then try reinstalling Facebook.

My cell phone eats batteries needs mother board

If your trying to swap out main boards in a cell phone, why not just get a new whole cell phone?

Their not computers and parts can't usually be swapped like that without messing up alot of things. The IMEI numbers are connected to the "phone" ie; mainboard....

Battery problem

Try upgrading the firmware on it. It depends mostly on what you are using on the device. If you do a lot of data-centric things like constant emailing, surfing the web, YouTube, etc. then you are going to use more battery. Applications running in the background also eat up battery life to keep active. Bluetooth uses more battery compared to using the phone itself. Lots of texting eats up battery life as well, both incoming and outgoing. Wi-Fi eats up battery like there is no tomorrow on just about any device. The TouchFlo 3D interface also uses more battery due to the graphics acceleration. You can turn off the TouchFlo interface to save battery power and go back to the regular Today screen. The device was tested for battery life with TouchFlo enabled however so that's more of an icing on the cake type of change for more power.

You may also want to try deep cycling the battery to see if that helps. Run the battery completely dead so it won't turn on the device anymore. The let it charge for 10-12 hours without the device on. That should cycle the battery and recalibrate the meter.

There are many diffferent reasons you could have lower battery life, it's always different for different people. HTC managed to keep the Touch Pro's battery life around the same as the Mogul even with the graphics acceleration and everything running. So simply turning off TouchFlo will probably increase total battery life by a bit.

you could upgrade to a higher MAH battery too.

Dropped env touch in water works intermittently...I took out the battery and put both in dry rice...any other suggestions

leave the battery removed for at least 12 hours. if you have any old dessicant, i would put it in a ziplock bag with the dessicant beads (the little packets that say 'do not eat' that come with new shoes and most computer products). these beads are designed to **** moisture out of the air.

Well i was trying to send a picture to my brother and then ithwas low battery and it suddenly froze.

Hi!... Please check how the size of the file you send... The possible reason why your phone turns to low battery status then froze 'coz it might be the big size of the file you are sending plus transmitting such data eats up a lot of your battery and tires up the phone processor... If you have big file for sharing better have it done in you PC...

the phones need the firmware reflash so take the phone to any mobile service center close to you and have them reflash it for you.

Short battery life

Try running the battery down completely (0% so it turns off itself), and charging whilst the phone is completely off (I'd suggest leaving it overnight). Repeat this once or twice, then see if your battery life has improved. Also ensure that you havent left anything on that could be eating your battery up i.e. bluetooth, and contact your supplier if the problem persists, as you should be covered.
