Hello. I have a Samsung 65" 4k TV ( UN65F9000). And have a no power issue or power issue. The screen got wonkey and then went black and now only clicking from PS Board. Removed back panel and...

First off 3.2 is the correct voltage for the PSON so we know the main board is sending the signal back to the power supply instructing it to come out of sleep mode and go to work, if your other power supply voltages are ok then you can rule out the power board. A gut feeling is you have a bad main board but its only a guess without doing some testing on the said you don't have sound, is that because you can't tell what input the set is on?...also have you tried the flashlight test?

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

What is the likely culprit to troubleshoot on a tv that will not power on and there is no standby light after a lightening strike in the area and fried Directv recievers and tvs?

Hi , it sounds as if the av board is probably fried but it probably did not stop there it may not be worth getting it checked out as that's just another bill to tell you its not worth repairing. Take time to think about it. But get it checked if you wish there is a lot of power in a lightning strike. It could fry one board and pass through the next as they are usually connected.
