This issue could be a mix of problems.
If you have a desktop computer, you may want to first try turning the computer off, unplug power from the computer. Unplug all cables and cords. Take the side off the computer (Usually held on by two screws, the side generally will slide towards the back of the computer to come off)
Once the side is off of the computer, check that all the cables inside are connected securely.
Place the side back on, plug in only the keyboard and mouse, then power. try to start it again.
If the same issue continues, disconnect power.
Remove the side again, This time locate the hard drive (Usually a rectangular looking silver part with two cables coming out. One cable is data the other is power. Make note of how they are connected and then disconnect them.

Put the side back on (With the hard drive disconnected) reconnect power and try to power back on.
If this time you get an error that says "No bootable device found" and it goes past the MSI screen, you may have a faulty hard drive.

If it freezes at the same MSI screen this is indication of more complex issue that may require someone to physically look at the machine.

Either way, Disconnect power again, and reconnect the hard drive back up. Put the computer back together. Feel free to ask further questions if needed, or you may want to contact a computer repair shop for further help if a quick answer does not fix your problem.

Why is my pc stuck on the msi logo. Pls help and the keybord don't wane work

If the logo is floating around, that is your screensaver when the pc is inactive. Check that your keyboard and mouse cables are still connected. If either your keyboard or mouse are wireless, put new batteries in all those components and restart the pc, because it sounds like they are no longer sending commands to the pc.

Hello freinds, i'm lahcen from morocco i' need your help please : my keybord ( MSI MS-6580.) saund driver can't much with internet, in the contrary when i play music from my one pc it workt...

MSI does not offer anthing but this for updating drivers as far as I know. You might keep trying other 3rd party options but they might not be the correct drivers and could potentially damage your system. This is the best I can do.................

Hope this helps........

M40x sometimes freez on logo

Sometimes viruses can trigger slow start ups. Try running your virus scan. also, you should make sure that your memory is working correctly. When you have a memory stick that has failed, its hard to tell if you have over 2 gigs of mem installed but, when you start it up, it will struggle during the process.
