Question about Cell Phones
First try to turn off the device completely. If the battery can be removed, take it out and wait 30 seconds.
Put the phone back together and turn it on.
Once it is on and ready to use, turn off your wifi and wait a few seconds. Turn the wifi back on. Make sure you are in a location that you are absolutely sure wifi is available. Generally wifi reception is good for about 150 feet on many devices, but may be shorter.
If the problem continues, it may be hardware related, in which fixya may not be able to assist you with. You may need to contact your cell phone provider for further assistance.
