Question about BitDefender Antivirus Plus 2015 - 2 Year Subscription 3 User - Electronic Delivery
Contact the manufacturers and ask them. If you have a legitimate account they should be willing to help you although they will ask for things like name, address, telephone number, cell phone number, etc. After that they will probably either give it to you or transfer the call to their tech department where you will again be asked those questions? They may send you an email to your email address, telephone you, or text or phone your cell phone to make sure that you are who you say you are. You should get comfortable in front of your computer since you will probably on hold for awhile.
I want to make you a further suggestion. Go to eBay. Buy a pack of (usually five or six) SanDisk 4 GB USB 2 flash drives. Record all of this data along with your passwords on one of the flash drives and then make two duplicates for safety's sake. If your passwords are on your hard drive, no matter how well encrypted they may be, a hacker will break in. A flash drive in a desk drawer is unavailable to a hacker.
