Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I Would have to recommend a factory reset in your case. If that ones not work then you need to take it to your local dealer. This is happening likely becuase there is a virus on your phone, or the phone is built wrong. If this has always happened, it's because the wiring from the headphone jack sends a signal to tell your mainframe that there are headphones plugged in, and it is slipping through the wires causing your phone to shut down. If this just started, your phone is old or it has a virus. I hope this helps, try looking up on YouTube to see if you can download a virus free forward like lookout
