Question about Computers & Internet
I just received my credit card bill, and will dispute these charges, for the total of &74.44.
Good day Harry
Those charges could be one or two of a few things:
1. You may have signed up for a recurring service, which is charging you that 37.22 per month and will continue to charge you that until the service period ends or until you cancel the service.
2. It could be the interest which will be charged on your card every month until you pay off fully the amount that was used off the card.
3. Or due to how high those fingers are you may be being charged late fees, which is what is charged when someone doesn't pay their monthly fee on time.

You may have been hacked. Let your bank know as soon as you can, let them take from there .

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Pay-pal will take this up for you if you get in touch within 45 days of the transaction but when you get in touch with them they will ask you to contact the seller first to see what the problem is.
If you still don't get your items or your money refunded then pay-pal will get in touch with the seller .The good side is that if the seller doesn't refund you then you are covered because you bought it through Pay-pal .It takes a few weeks but you will get a refund.

You may be a victim of Identity Theft, you made the right step of sending a letter to your bank, however, I strongly suggest that you contact them as soon as possible so they can temporary de-activate your credit card and give you new details, that way there will be no transactions possible on the existing credit card while they give you a new one, while they investigate on your Identity Theft. It's better if you can talk to them on the phone so they can do something about it right away.

SOURCE: a charge on my credit card
Get a bank statement to get a confirmation on what you were charged for and/or talk to the bank regarding the charge to see if you can get it back or to make sure it gets blocked, to stop any further future charges...Sometimes people can get their wires crossed on the internet or similar credit card numbers,etc...So get the evidence if you have to; and you may have to send a copy to Amazon,(also you may have to talk to Amazon) if you want further dealings with them.... Something similar happened to me a few years ago..do forgive me as i don't recall the exact details (short of what i described above)...but these things are fixable.
I hope this helps.

FixYa does not manage any accounts from any companies. You need to contact PayPal and Lumosity to sort out this problem.
