After turning the radio signal off in the D-Link 624, it doesn't allow connectivity. Makes sense, but how do I get back in to turn the radio back on?

There's an online manual:
manual
The login to the router is: http://192.168.0.1 (factory default login):
User name is: admin
Password: [leave blank]
In case the password has been changed earlier you'll have to perform a default reset by pushing the reset button with a e.g. paperclip on the rear side for 10 seconds and then releasing it: After this the router will reboot to the default factory settings.

Check "Broadcast SSID" = radio signal:
See page 29: in the router select Advanced > Performance:
SSID Broadcast should be enabled: Apply to have settings saved.

Check broadcast SSID name and WEP security access:
See page 13: in the router select Home > Wireless.

How do I Reset my T5000 2 way radio to factory default

The T5000 Talkabout radio default settings are not the same as the CP100 and CLS. The CLS and the CP100 UHF are capable of being programmed to match one another on several frequencies, however, the TalkAbout T5000 is not capable of any of them.

The Talkabout radios, as a general rule, are limited to FRS and GMRS frequencies. The CP100 and CLS are from the business and light consumer divisions. They will do most of the common 56 UHF business frequencies.

If you would like to look at the frequency charts yourself, here are some links.

Here are the frequencies possible on the T5000 http://www.fixya.com/support/p514922-motorola_talkabout_t5000_2_way_radio/manual-362/page-17
