If it starts running as soon as its plugged in you may have a bad or out of align door switch. Humming noise could be the mag if its not heating. Replace mag and diode/rectifier

OTR Samsung Microwave fan comes on with no reason. Any way to fix it?

Does this happen while you are cooking on the range burners under the control panel?? These type microwaves have a heat sensor built into them in the area of the control panel bottom. If the microwave control gets too hot from cooking on the stove below it the heat sensor will turn the fan on to keep the control panel from getting heat damage. The fan should go off after everything cools off.

Samsung smh8165w need # of ic102 please

IC chip 102 is a TNY276PN Off-Line Switcher Chip. I believe Power Integrations, Inc makes them. Make sure your power supply Zener diode ZNR101, along with your bridge diodes D101 through D104, (and, for good measure) D105 are all okay just to make sure they didn't short out and blow IC102.

Good luck!

Samsung microwave SMH8165W displaying error code -SE- and continuously beeps.

SE means system error, the keypad has a short in the membrane, or the control board has issues.

Sears microwave oven model number 564 8568511 When you plug it in the outlet it hums and the megitron tube comes on and it heats without seting time or power. It just hums and heats without the fan coming...

This is probably a shorted triac or relay.

You can find exploded views and order parts by entering your model number at the Sears parts site.

There may also be a "mini-manual" (tech sheet) hidden inside the unit behind the control panel or hidden on the left side behind the grille, which is very helpful when troubleshooting, testing, and locating components.

Microwave make a deep humming sound ,does not heat and the circuit breaks

I would say your magnetron has failed.

If it's within the magnetron portion of the warranty (usually 5-9 years) but out of the original full warranty (usually 1 year), then your manufacturer will cover the part cost, but not the cost to visit you or the labor charge to do the work.

If it's within the one-year time frame, the repairs should be free.

Deep humming sound

This usually means the magnetron is failing.

Just be sure the internal cooling fan is working by making sure you feel air flow. If not, call for service right away.

The magnetron part cost is covered beyond the normal 1-year warranty, so when it gets worse or stops heating, you'll have to call for service.
