Look at the fuse for the inlet power. It may be bad. There is a transfer relay inside that may not be switching correctly.

My I pad shows software update ios9.2.1.& when I click install it says it's unavailable. I can't seem to get rid it and can't use it like I normally do. What do I do?

whenever you accept a software update from Apple, always do this.

Put device on charge. Must be over 50% to accept.
Backup to iCloud or computer.
Power down, count to 10 and Power back up.
Take the Update.

Doing this protects your data and frees up all the memory to allow the update to make full use of it.

Hard reset zte n817

1: Power off phone
2: Hold volume DOWN (not up) and POWER BUTTON simultaneously until ZTE logo appears
3: With volume keys scroll down to wipe data/Factory reset press POWER button to accept
4: Scroll down to YES press POWER button to accept
5: Press POWER button on Reboot Phone and phone should restart like right out of the box

Many forums say volume up and power button but that is only for FTM mode on ZTE N817. So remember VOLUME DOWN AND POWER takes you to screen where u can choose to reset etc.

Usb is not showing up on source

some tvs require a drive that has its own stand alone power source, & a compatible file system, not all will accept NTFS, Fat32 will only hold files under 4gb try EXFat, or check your manual for what usb devices it accepts, most older tvs wont accept a stick, need external hdd with power.

Red light blinking won't accept tape

If a tape "hung" up and it won't accept one you have a loading issue.

The unit may use a belt to drive the tray or a geared mechanism.

In any case someone needs to open the unit up to "see" what is happening. Most of these a tape can be inserted with power off and manually cycled into the unit to see the issue---we usually use a old cassette with the tape inside removed to avoid issues.

If you cannot do that consider looking for a shop who will (some no longer work on this type of equipment.)

4 beeping sound every 20 seconds, even when there is no gadget attached to it.

This alarm indicates that the UPS has transferred from On Line operation to On Battery operation. The Battery Power Supplied outlets are now battery powered.

- If the input voltage is determined to be unsafe for your computer equipment, the UPS will transfer to On Battery. The alarm will stop once the unit returns to On Line operation. Please refer to the technical specification section of your user manual for the acceptable voltage window. Occasional transfers to On Battery should not be a matter of concern, but rather, should be considered normal operation. The UPS is trying to provide clean, safe, and reliable power. If your unit shipped with APC management software it may be possible to change the default acceptable voltages that the unit shipped with. Please see the help section of the APC management software for instruction to do this.

- If the Frequency deviates + or - 5 % this will also cause a Back-UPS product to transfer to battery power. Frequency distortions are most commonly caused by generators that are undersized. Always make sure a generator is 3 to 5 times the size of the total load attached to unsure it can maintain a steady output frequency. There is no way to change the +/- 5% deviation.

- If the shape of the incoming power is considered "too dirty", some Back-UPS products may transfer to battery power. This is most likely the problem if you have already confirmed that the input voltage is within the acceptable limits. Most Back-UPS products have the ability to change their sensitivity to the shape of the input power from high to medium or even low. Please see your user manual for details as to how to adjust this setting.
