The application program attempts
to use a DBRM package that is not found ('location-
name.colection-id.dbrm-name.consistency-token').

Solution:
1. Rebind the program with the correct DBRM library name.
2. The plan name used in the JCL and the plan used for bind
should be same.

Our Octane elliptical is showing a brake cable error and looking for suggestions. Thanks!

It could be that the brake is faulty or just the cable has been pulled out. It could also mean the motor is faulty. You will need to have a tech look at this.

Hi, if you did every thing that you said, that means that you need to replace the Fan in 80% the faulty fan is one located in left door.
I bellive that you can find that kind of fan in PC or electronics shop.

Hope that helps!

No print, e805 and e014

The E 805 refers to a locked up fan motor, and the e014 is for the fuser (the part that get hot) not turning correctly. both of these problems require a technician to fix.
