Do you have another battery you can try? It sounds like you may have a defective battery.
Also, try plugging in the power cord, and turn the phone on. See if it stays on, or shuts back off. If it stays on, it's the battery. If it shuts back off, you will need to get it repaired

My S4 unit turns off by itself... what could be the problem and what will I do?

To turn on Safe Mode, follow these steps:
1. Power the phone off.
2. Once the phone is off and all lights are emitting, press and hold the Power button to turn the S4 back on.
3. When the Galaxy S4 logo appears on the screen, press and hold the Volume Down button.
4. Continue to hold the Volume Down button until the phone completely boots. You will see the words "Safe Mode" appear in the lower left corner of the screen if you performed the steps properly.
While in Safe Mode, you may not be able to use certain features or applications. The device is in a "bare bones" state where just the essential software is loaded. This allows you to get into the device quickly, enable or disable whatever you need to, then restart.
To turn off Safe Mode, powering down, then back on should do the trick. Be sure to power completely down. Do not select "Restart". If you still have problems, remove the back cover and pull the battery from the device. Leave the battery out for about 60 seconds, then place the battery back in, assemble the rear cover and start the phone again.
Some Galaxy S4 models may require you to press and hold the Volume Down button during startup in the same manner as enabling it to exit Safe Mode.
That's all there is to it.

Auto Shutdown Samsung GALAXY S4

Did it start over or just died for you? I noticed that my S4 was starting over all the time although it was in my pocket and I didn't touch it. But I figured that I have some option to automatically download updates, and when it does, it restarts itself. Hope this may be a help for you?

S4 turning itself off.battery been charged.i get a circle with a line through it.whats up with it?

S4 being a new model must be under warranty. Please do not tinker with it. Go to www.samsungmobile.com and register it with them. Then pose this problem to their Online Service Center.

Ga-m55sli-s4 dead i was using it last night and switched off and morning when i tried to start my computer i got not display at all i checked powersupply and all but found that the board itself was dead...

I am not sure how you checked the power supply but they can be misleading. Many failed power supplies still have enough power to turn on lights and spin fans but not enough for a system startup.

Unfortunately, MB's are not designed to be serviced. Considering 1 or 2-hours of labor costs more than most motherboards these days it is just not worth trying to fix them. Therefore, if it is not the PS you need to buy a new MB.

Good luck!

Why does so much heat enter my 2004 audi s4 from the transmission tunnel?

Hello,

the cause is the exhaust system and the two-way catalystic converter system of your S4.

The converters become very hot if you put the hammer down (app. 500 deg. celsius on the outside) and even though there are heatshields mounted between the converters and the vehicle´s floor, you can feel the heat inside.

The transmission itself is producing high temperatures as well, so no worries, remember your S4 is sport´s car ;)
