Question about Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 7
I don't know what to try.
Press and hold the power button for twenty seconds or so, ignoring any "Shut down?" prompts, until it turns off. Release the power button, then press and hold for a couple of seconds until the unit begins to reboot.
