Question about Google Chromecast HDMI Streaming Media Player
Tried unabling access point as mentioned on the sky forum
Hi Peter, not sure what you are trying to do here but the ChromeCast dongle needs to plug into an HDMI port on your TV. It has a microUSB port only for power.
On some routers, there are USB ports for 3G dongles for wireless broadband, or media storage for DLNA or media sharing on your local network.
If you are trying to get eg. Youtube through your router, check this compatibility list:
Google Cast Router Compatibility
Hope this helps.
