Question about Motorola Cell Phones
It looks like parts just got detached, and I can't see any broken parts in particular.
Possibly if you know a local repair shop. Motorola doesn't repair this type of model any longer.

if you signed up for extended warranty you can turn it in for another one. if not i think you can still get the extended warranty and then call in telling them your phone broke.

Yes this is fixable, but in most cases not by the owner as it takes special tools to take the phone apart to replace the part. This is best left to a cell phone retailers service personnel, cost about $50.00 on average to repair the flex conductor ribbon..
