Question about Samsung Cell Phones
I need to e-mail the pictures off of my computer I have put the card into my computer, but cannot find the pictures, some have said go to my computer, but I can not find my computer, so I thought maybe they did not get onto the sd card
You need to open Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer) and see if there is anything listed as a removable device. That should be your SD card. Then double click on that and you should see the pictures. You may have to open a sub folder as well.
One way to get to Windows Explorer is to right click on Start. Another way is to hold down the Windows key on your keyboard and then press the E key, then release both.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: micro sd card not reading songs
Yes, Brother there is one probability that your sd is formatted in fat-32 file system. For that i would like to say phone can only read FAT not FAT-32. Go to my computer, select sd drive properties and format it with FAT file system. Then load the files and you will be able to see it in your phone. If it works don't forget to vote here. when you plug in connect the phone via the usb cord a window should pop up asking if you want to view the folder. select this option. when you click it, you should see four folders. dcim, music, email, bluetooth. click on dcim. your videos should be stored in this folder. just click and drag them into whichever folder on your pc you want them in. or, when you connect your phone it will give you four options. transfer music, mass storage, phone as modem, pict bridge. select transfer music. this should make the previously mentioned window pop up and you can follow my instructions from there. or, if you have you videos stored in the 'in phone' part of your phones memory you need to move them to your 'memory card' memory. just select 'options', then 'move'.

Yes, you need an SD card to transfer your pictures. When you do, you sync your pictures from your phone onto the SD card. The next time you plug it in, your pictures should be in the MY_PICTURES folder. Hope this helps!
