Electric motors usually need a Run/Start Capacitor. Did you replace that as well? Did you have an electrician test that and the motor. A capacitor is a few bucks compared to a motor.

I bought a fan motor for my hp 2100, when i went to swap it i found the new fan had 1 less hot wire than the old 1. when i installed it, it does not work. could i have bought a 110 motor when i need a 220?

old motor has data needed for replacement. hp, sf ,rotation ,rpm, volts and amps.plus capacitor size required. the extra wire can be for a capacitor conection usaly brown in color and if you look at the label it will tell you how to eliminate the need for this wire.

Air flow failure indicated on heater

Mine does the same. Sounds like you checked the air pressure switch, but the high temp switch and bad airflow can also cause this problem. Check the two white wires that lead to the heat sensor vent drain tube exits. Make sure the spade connectors aren't shorted. Try testing the temp sensor like you did the pressure switch to make sure the circuit is properly closing when in use (or use a temporary jumper to bypass as a test.) Check the bottom of the pan for any dust or crud that could block the airflow below or around the burners and last of my options- increase clearance around the unit to aid air flow.

5 year old Laars 25,000 LX won't ignite.

The low pressure indicator is for the gas pressure not the water pressure. The heater won't ignite because it's not getting gas to the igniter. Check gas supply, if okay, check gas connections, valves, etc.

The 1 HP motor should be fine on the jacuzzi.
