Question about Uniden DECT15602 Cordless Phone
I read the user's guide thoroughly and studied the phone menu. I also randomly pushed buttons.
Do you won more than one of these phones? Try pressing the intercom button? is that the same alarm noise?
Has any liquids spilt on any phones, or have they got wet, been in bathroom during showers?

SOURCE: Another question: One phone
The first thing to try here is to remove the battery from the phone. If it is a square pack type battery there will be a little plastic plug on the end of some wiring that plugs into a little socket on the phone itself. Remove this and let the phone sit for around one minute. This has the effect of a 'hard reset'.
Reconnect the battery after a minute and see if the issue is resolved. If so please leave a vote for the solution. If not then please get back to me with the detail and I will continue the troubleshoot.

Question: What does this have to do with a Panasonic KX-T7425 phone? Is a Panasonic phone hooked up to your Partner system?
Sounds like the system believes the phone is in use. Is the partner phone in question an MLS model? MLS-6, MLS-12 etc.. They all have keypad problems and buttons could be activating on their own randomly, making the phone in-use on the system. The message waiting light may not come on until the phone is no longer in-use. Usually phones with this problem will at least beep randomly when it thinks the buttons are being pushed.
