Question about Tablets & eReaders
You do understand that you are not on the ematic site, correct?? So demanding here will do nothing.
First, if the unit is defective and you rcently purchased it, take it back to where you bought it and return it.
You also can fill in this form on the ematic site Support Android Tablets at an Economical Value Ematic and hopefully they will contact you to deal with the issue. Their email address is CustomerService@Ematic.us. and the support phone number is 1-888-968-1985 M-F, 9-5 Pacific time.
The last resort is that if you paid for the device with a credit card, call the card company and dispute the charge. You can explain that it is defective and they will not assist you with a repair or replacement.
Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try to fine out what is defect the charger, the cable, or the tablet, by testing other cable, charger and tablet. not all 3 the same time, but one at the time.
