I have a Peavey XR-600 PA Head, I would like to know if and how can I connect a MX 200 Dual Reverb Effects Processor to the PA Head?

If it has a effects loop output and input on the p.a. head and a in and out on the reverb effects processor, then yes you can, just run the effects loop output signal into the input on your reverb processor, out of the output back into the input effects loop on the p.a. head, kinda like you would a effects pedal thru the effects loop of a guitar amplifier. hope this helps!

I use 5 out of 6 aux. for monitor...That leaves only 1 aux. for delay/reverb. is there another way to hook up delay/reverb to mixer?...SR24-4 mackie mixer...

It sounds like you're new to 'professional' mixers. You would NEVER normally use an aux for effects. Any effects will normally be inserted in the sound chain using an insert. You have a pair of group inserts if you are wanting to apply an effect to the output (these are after the mix) and would typically be used for master de-essers or possibly compressor limiters or maybe even an equaliser, it would not be sensible to use an effect like a delay/reverb here.

I would have expected you to be using the group outs for the monitor mixes and am not sure what you may be using them for otherwise. If you used these you would free up 4 of the Aux outs for a 'multi channel' reverb/echos which you could take back into other channels and back into the main mix.

What is it you are tyring to achieve?

When playing low notes on my guitar, I'm getting sub harmonics while playing clean on my Delta Blues 210. (sounds like a detuned bass playing along with me.)

That unit has a digital reverb and tremolo that can not be turned OFF with your foot control, meaning this small sound card is always on. Even though that level is on "0", it is still always on. If it has a problem within it, it will put noises into your sound. I would recommend opening the amp, look for the power to the effects card and unplug it to see if it goes away. It should be a small card resembling a sound card from a computer mounted off to the side. It should have a red and a black wire plugged into it. Wiggle it and listen for a change, dirty connections on that plug could do that. Unplug it completely and listen. This would only remove the possible interference of the card, you would still have sound without effects. Regardless of the brand, those cheap effects cards are usually more trouble than they are worth. They only have a few samples of effects, not the actual effect. I hope this helps, I know it is a great sounding amp but, those effects cards are the weakness of amps today.

What preset effect number is best for karaoke?

Always use echo and reverb, or just reverb for inexperienced singers. If I remember right this is from effect 19 but this is a very inflexible set-up with no control over the effects, just presets. You'll need to listen and decide what is best. You may also try chorus as with a decent effects unit this can be very effective plus a bit of reverb and echo.

Different songs like different effects and we will chop and change even in a single track when live mixing professional acts.

Hi -- my fairly new behringer dr600 reverb box is cutting in and out (in time to its reverb setting) after about an hour of playing. i'm using 2-hour-old batteries! it's pretty psychedelic... but...

Batteries are probably drained... expect maybe four hours on Duracell and Energizer, two hours on Radio Shack batteries. These pedals chew up batteries fast so best to get an adapter... and make sure it is the right one for the pedal.

My RV600 Reverb Machine won't turn on. I'm using a standard 9v adapter...Do I need the behringer one of is my pedal just broken? I bought it about and hour ago.

Did you check the polarity of the adapter? The effect box uses inner pin for negative and outer barrel is positive which is oppsite from most consumer electronics.

How to set a sustainer in zoom g1xn?

There is not a sustainer as such - However you can use the Decay parameter in the reverb module.
  1. Set the Module Selector knob to Reverb
  2. Choose a reverb type from H = hall, r = Room, s= Spring, A = Arena, t = tiled Room (arena 1 - should do it quite well)
  3. Turn the module knob to decay And rotate the value knob until the number 30 shows
Apart from that you may get a bit more sustain from using different Drive modules - the distortion drives such as Ed will give a longer sustain than the clean accoustic drive sounds.
Using heavier gauge strings on your guitar will also give longer sustain but make it a harder to play fast.

The external effects when used would require an effect processor with left and right channels. You need four cables total for the effects... the two channels out to the effect unit and two cables to bring it back to the power amps.

Remember to use your pan controls if you want certain inputs to go more to either the left or right outputs.
