Hi delyo handy, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?

The question is too ambiguous. Please detail a bit more about what you are working on...i.e. gas furnace, electric furnace, ductless split, window fan, automobile a/c....etc.

Test the voltage coming to the motor to make sure it is getting power. If it is getting power check the run capacitor if you have a tester.

SOURCE: my motor compressor thrifts every 5 mins.

If you have a low pressure switch on your air conditioner it's opening and closing, because you don't have enough refrigerant in the system or it's cycling on the thermal overload in the compressor because it's getting hot.
You need to charge your system to approximately 12° to 15° superheat not by pressure.

Hi i need to know what size window air con for a room 30sq meters cooling onjy and what model

Hello there.. :) your room 30 sq. meters needs 2 - 2hp window type aircon as computed. But you can consider the purpose of putting up the aircon and how many occupants will stay.. :0
For the model:
NATIONAL, 2HP, Model CW-1808VPH 2HP LG Window Type Aircon Manual 2HP Koppel Aircon w/ remote model: KWR-18R1
or check the internet for other models that you want.. :)

Fan control does not work and no air being blown out.

Is this a window unit? Is there a capacitor for the fan motor? If there is and you haven't replaced it, that might be the problem.

Wiring

No tricks, just make sure its picking up voltage at the same point your compressor is. Make sure the fan is actually a functioning motor.

2001 PT Cruiser , have replaced the fan motor twice , a/c fine 2 weeks then blows it again ,something electrical I know ,but what ?

Check the voltage output of your car with the engine running. It should read 13 to 14 volts. only. Higher than this will cause damage to the fan motor, and other 12v gadgets in your car. Is this happening? If not, then, check the aircon evaporator for grounded wiring connections. This is the line from the fuse box terminal to the line going to the aircon. Grounded line can cause a lower voltage reaching your fan motor, forcing it to run undervoltage, overheating it. Send us your e-mail so we can give you further
assistance.

My KOLIN window type remote control AIRCON is building up ICE

If you already had the coils and filter cleaned and the blower is OK, that only leaves the refrigerant charge.
You are probably low on refrigerant.
