Amp light not working and one dead right channel

Without knowing how it's actually laid out, I'd surmise the output amplifier transistors in the right channel are shorted, the fuse for that channel may be blown, and the speaker protection circuit is keeping it turned off. Most amplifier speaker protectors disable both channels if there is a problem, but yours could be different. I surmise the lights you mention are directly connected to the speaker protector chips and indicate readiness for normal operation. If it takes a few seconds for them to come on after power-up, that lends credence to my hypothesis.
Unplug the amplifier, open it up, and measure the resistance from the right channel output to each of the output power supplies (or to the fuse for the output power supply for that channel, if present). If one or both is very low (i. e, close to zero), you have a fried transistor. If that is the case, it is probably a good idea to replace the complementary transistor connecting the speaker to the other power supply even if it tests good; it may have been overloaded when the first one shorted. In many amplifiers, the transistors are inside a hybrid amplifier module, so you would have to replace the entire module. In some amps, you have multiple transistors in parallel; here you can probably keep the transistors that were in parallel with the failed unit, but I'd still recommend changing the complementary transistors.

The channel 1 the light red is on

As always with stereo amps the two channels are identical, so if one goes wrong you have the other as a control for testing purposes. So if you start by looking and comparing the two channels. that's a start! If a part looks odd on the faulty channel, but is fine on the good channel you have found the problem. You can also do tests, such as touching the two channels with an insulated screwdriver, while powered up. If it buzzers on the good channel, it should buzz on the other channel at that point. Keep away from the power supply and ignore anything that is on it's own, that has no duplicate, or is common to both channels.

Hello
Price to this amp will come around $150. It is a two channel car amplifier. It is a bridgable power amplifier. The output power is 70W RMS/Channel. Seems somewhat good amp. OK.

APX200.2 Marine Power amplifier. Problem: No audio, No power light on amp. 12V to amp is good, fuse not blown. Head unit works.

is the remote power good? also, make sure you have good ground(grind the connection clean if connected to chasis). If that don't work and the fuses on the amp are good, then the amp is blown.

How many watts is it

Page 7 of the manual gives you all the different configurations of this amp, and it's MAX power. FYI; Kenwood rates their amps at MAX power, not clean. Hope this helps.

Problem with right channel on vintage Denon PMA-501 amplifier. No sound... Any advice? Thanks...

Good day sir/maam, to verify if the right channel is the problem, swap the speakers to confirm. Assuming that the right channel is the problem, set the balance control to the right (or simply disconnect the left speaker) and place you ear near the problem right speaker. Adjust the volume control up and down several times. you should hear a soft hiss that goes up and down also. this comfirm that the power amplifier stage is good. the problem is anywhere from the tuner/tape/cd/switch or jack. If you dont hear the hiss sound then the power amplifier is the problem. in both cases, you may need to bring it to a service center. hope this helps.

The 'Subwoofer' output on your receiver is used to connect to a powered subwoofer with a built in amplifier. Your KLH speakers use what is called a 'passive' subwoofer, it gets its power from the receiver and then passes the higher frequencies to the left and right front speakers after taking out the low frequencies for the subwoofer. A speaker system with a passive subwoofer is good for casual listening, but a powered subwoofer is required for really hearing low frequencies and rumble in movies. The KLH speakers you have were highly rated in their time for their price. The four satellite speakers and center channel speaker have very good sound compared to the little 'midget' surround sound speakers most people buy today.

Here's how you hook them up:

- The left and right front channels from your receiver terminals should go to the terminals on the subwoofer marked 'From Amplifier'
- Your left and right front speakers are then connected to the subwoofer terminals marked 'To Speakers', they do not connect directly to your receiver.
- Your center speaker is connected to your receiver terminals marked 'Center'
- Your rear speakers are connected to your receiver terminals marked 'Surround'

That should get you up and running. If the bass isn't good enough with the passive subwoofer, you can get a decent powered subwoofer like the Velodyne VX-10 for about $150 and 'kick it up a notch'. Good luck and enjoy....
