Were do I put the code in to activite again

Look in the radio owners manual that should have come with the car - or ask the Merc dealer to send you the instructions - or go to the Merc dealer and ask them to do it - it takes only a few minutes - I would expect they would do it for nothing???

restore factory setting puts the phone back to way you had it when you first took it out of the box. you normal will get to options a restore settings and restore all. restore settings is the less destrutive one as the restore all will delete messages pictures and tunes you have save to the phone memory but thing save to exteranal card or sim will be ok. you will be prompted for a security code which is normal prset to 12345. this is not the best meothed for gprs issue as the are controlled by the settings under configration . your gprs probaly is on but it just need the information to log on settings or an account name
