How do I find out if you RECEIVED MY REPLY ABOUT APROBLEM WITH ONE OF YOU PROUCTS ??
THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN I OPENED THE BOTTLE, ONLY LIGHT BROWN LIQUID CAME OUT. DESPITE SHAKING AND SWIRLING,NO 'CREAM' APPEARED. THE CREAM SEEMS TO BE A LARE BALL IN THE BOTTLE. I RECEIVED A REPLY ASKING FOR INFORMATION ABOUT REPLACING SAME AND REPLIED WITH SAID INFO WITH THE ADDED QUESTION AS TO HOW TO RETURN THE PROBLEMATIC BOTTLE. I HAVE RECEIVED NO FURTHER REPLY.

I found the users manual for your Danby! You have erroneously called it a 35 bottle unit, when in fact it is a 50 bottle unit. Click HERE for you manual. In the manual, it says you can use the light manually or automatically. There appears to be a switch on the bottom of the unit. I suggest the manufacturers manual for it holds a great deal of information that can be of assistance in the future, as this is a discontinued model
Good Luck, and I hope this is the answer you are seeking. Please rate and comment, Thank You
The toner bottle is in wrong, take out the toner bottle and close the front door. wait until the motor stops running or until the copier asks for toner. open the door, the bottle should go in with the hole up.
I assume when you say you dispose of toner you are emptying out the waste toner bottle and putting it back in the machine. if so here's your problem.
There is a sensor, mounted to the copier, just behind the waste toner bottle (on the upper righthand side). This sensor shoots a beam of light through a small portion of the waste bottle - if the beam is not received on the other side then the copier thinks the waste bottle is full. NOW...even if you have emptied it the interior of the bottle may still be dirty/black enough (leftover residue) to stop the beam from making it through the bottle - this gives you the message. You will need to put in a new bottle.
Depends on the model, if you open the right door as to remove a jam does it have a brown 4 or so inch belt on the door you opened? If it does the lite grey lever on the front side lift up to tpo and lift out assy. Take off the 2 springs and release the tab so as to lift the brown belt portion off dump the toner out of assy and reassemble. -Carl
Sounds like the sensors is dirty, or there is scale or deposits in the bottle. Clean out the bottle with a descaler if it has any scale (white or brown) deposits in it. If it is clear and still a problem, the sensors is inside the bottle holding section. Make sure there is not any fluff or dirt in there by giving it a hoover outand a gentle brush.
