Question about T-Mobile My Touch Cell Phone
I put in the last password I remember,Karakuante and its saying it is the wrong password.
If you go to "www.google.com", then in the middle of the screen is the search box, but at the top right of the window are four to five options, one of which is "Gmail". If you click on this you will load a page where you can input your username and password. Under the sign in button, there is a "need help?" link. If you click on this the next page gives you three options, forgotten password, forgotten username and other problems. If you click in the circle next to "I don't know my password" and click continue. You will be asked for your recovery email as registered with gmail, clicking continue will lead you to one of those annoying pages where you enter the characters displayed. On the next screen enter a gmail password you remember and then you will get a page to ask for a text message or automated phone call, whichever you prefer which will give you a code to enter into the next page and then you will be able to change your password.
Hope this is helpful, and if so would you please register that with Fixya
