If you have some electronic skills, tools to open and close the phone, tools to do the diagnose, and some spaceports, perhaps you could do the job yourself. But if you already tried all the things in the book, like reseting and so on, I think you should ask a repair shop to look to your phone. With all the details you have given us here, this is all I can say. I can't even give advice on what store you should visit, because I it is not even clear what brand or model you are having trouble with.
