Make sure flag clear is highlighted (use the arrow buttons) then press yes button. It should check files then place you in REG mode. It might have had a flat memory battery so make sure you leave it on for 24hrs to charge

Error ##334., its my problem

The error code ##334 represents a EEPROM check error. The manual says this means the Printed Circuit Board may need replacing, however, try this procedure.
Insert paper into machine.
1)To enter service mode press Menu, copy, #
2) Select Test Mode with the + or - keys
3) Press OK
4) Press 8, lcd shows 'Please Wait', after wait, press 3, the lcd then alternates between 3-0 (EEPROM clear), and 3-1 (Purge flag)
5) When EEPROM clear (3-0) shows in lcd, press 0, then OK, then Stop then press the OFF button.

Repeat the above from Step1 to step3
in step 4 this time reset the Purge flag by pressing 0 when 3-1 shows in the lcd, OK, Stop, Off.
If the red fault light is still blinking press Resume.

hope this helps

I have problem with my canon copier image ready 5020. error E000004-0000 how do I fix it i'd tried to press 2&8 but its said "Download Mode"

Error E000004 is a fuser related code and is most parts just caused by a paper jam in the fuser area. Before you begin to try and clear the internal flag you must make sure there is no paper or no obstruction stuck in the fuser area. With the power off rotate the fuser model handel to see if any aper or obstruction exsists. Clear it carefully if there is. At any time NEVER USE a knife or sharp object to clear a jam. Common sense I know, but few practice it. Once you clear the paper jam you can see if clearing the flag is the magic you need. If the next stages fail contract a local Canon trained tech to troubleshoot the real source of the error. Clear the error flag do the following steps DO NOT touch any thing else DON'T adjust any numbers. Turn machine on. When main screen apprears press Additional Functions button (*) let go. Press 2 and 8 together let go. Press Additional Funtions button (*) again. Screen should say Service Mode Level 1. Press these screen buttons in the following order. Copier, Functions, Clear, ERR then press OK in lower right corner. Machine will apprear as if nothing has happened but it has. Shut machine off at side. Turn on. Flag is cleared. If code reappears get professional help. This is a fuser code therefore we don't want a fire or anything else happening. Doing this clear you have 30 seconds before macine shuts off. It takes timing. Good Luck.

How can i cancil error 0004 ?

To clear the error code you must enter service mode level 1 first. Once in service mode you choose in the following order Copier>Function>Clear select ERR and push ok. At this point it would apprear nothing has happened but in fact the error flag has been cleared. Shut the machine off. Now turn on. If your error was minor and your cleared the cause of your error E000004 then the machine will operate as it did before the flag went up. If you get the error code again look for a Canon trained tech in your area to correct the issue. If you do not know how to get in to the service mode level 1 your best to search for entering service mode canon. As I don't want to promote persons without expertise entering the machine service and adjusting things without any backgound. Good Luck

I have just baught a second hand casio TE8500f cash register and every time i turn it on it displays init 1.flag clear 2.init2 and every button i press it then displays operator mistake

Highlight "flag clear" and press YES button. If it still does not work, you have a flat or (usually) faulty memory battery and it will need to be RAM cleared then re-programmed.

TE-8500F says Device ID Not Set when I try to use Credit

I have a few questions.
1. where did the Datacap come from, or was the register programmed to use the datacap?
2. there is a place in pgm3 wheere you assign devices, its called I/O and in there you have to enter the right codes for it to work. Also after its been installed you must do a FLAG CLEAR.
3 To do a flag clear on an 8500 on the right side turn the machine off hold down the REC FEED button. While holding down the buton turn the machine back on and wait till the screen comes back and press subtotal. after that it will go through a bunch of funny looking stuff and the it will come to screen where it asks if you want to flag clear or init 2 use #1 flag clear and press yes. sign on and test.

Wont let us change anything comes up with operater mistake

Hi.
Have you tried a flag clear? That might allow you to clear the buffer if it is a REG buffer overflow. as for pricing, you should just be able to go into prog 1 and change PLU prices.
If you are not sure how to flag clear it, just let me know.

Bin 1 full message will not clear when paper is removed

Check the Bin Full sensor flag. That is the flag that flips each time a page comes out of the printer itself.

If that flag is broken, or is malfunctioning you can get that message.
