Question about Tablets & eReaders
Using with an Android (4.4.2), Galaxy 10.1 2014ed SM-P600. This is not recent, I'm only recently using the keyboard again more so this is becoming a problem. Especially when trying to refine a search on Google one needs speech marks; before this they were reversed (purchased in March) but now both Shift-2 and Shift-' generate @ & @ . Not trying to draw an emoji. It may somehow be related to the Android upgrade to Kitkat, and I don't have any other devices to try it with to test this theory; if so I'm not expecting a solution. Thanks!

You sound as though your are stuck on European configuration. Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language and reset to North American. May require you to restart the computer. Maybe other ways. (European keyboards (UK anyway) have " with the 2 key.

Galaxy Tab is not running on OS 3.0 (Honeycomb), that is running on the Xoom only. Samsung would have to release an update for your Tab themselves. Google makes it available and only Samsung can make that decision.

Good day. I''m afraid you might have accidentally got the Operating System of your Samsung Tab corrupted. Im referring to your firmware. Usually if the firmware upgrade failed you need to retry it until it be successful. If you restart it or discontinue the process it will cause your Samsung Tab to be corrupted resulting into failure of the boot up process. You might need to contact samsung tech support for this or bring your equipment to the nearest center. They might need to check the software install and usually their software specialist will fix it for you. Sorry for what happen with your tab but i know the samsung repair center can fix it for you. to use a epad is very simple. do you any p.c or laptop? if yes, then dont we worry. epad is like a mini laptop. read the owner manual properly and handle you epal safely.
