Question about Computers & Internet
I have inserted new cells in lap top battery, showing required voltage but circuit is not powering up lap top?
A very dangerous thing to do and possibly the pcboard and temperature sensor inside the battery is now damaged. Probably cheaper to buy a new battery through ebay than purchase new cells to attempt a repair.

SOURCE: lap top will not power on
There are a few things that can cause this. Start by removing the battery and starting on AC only. Then remove the memory and try each chip separately. If these aren't the problem, then I'm afraid the power management system or another component on the motherboard may have failed. You will need to take it in for a professional diagnostics.

try unplugging the battery and starting up with just the cord if that works charge the battery for 16 hours for a initial charge if after the 16 hour charge it does not work call the company because you have a bad battery

Have a look in your power properties and see the settings. They may be set at when battery reaches 30% The computer shutsdown. You can change the settings to your own preferance.
