What is the replacement of transistor d1915

IS that a 2SD1915 or something else, it looks like an 2SA1022 or NTE2407crosses - Newark Electronics or Mouser might be able to provide you a different cross reference. There are data sheets that seem to indicate a A1022 / NTE 2407 - this one can be found here Amplifier Transistor - these are common I think for older amplifiers. If memory serves me right - I probably have a couple old ones I bought to fix a Reel to Reel .

Picture on Samsung TXL2791F gets smaller after a few minuets

The horizontal output transistor that drives the flyback transformer overheats now. There might be other reasons too for this fault. If the flyback transformer has any internal winding short, this transistor will overheat.
Just replace the horizontal output transistor. Check its heat. If the newly replaced transistor too overheats, replace the flyback transformer.

Power supply transistor transistor no. C4237 replaced 4 times. each replacement didnot sustain for a week. which transistor can i use instead.

I have worked to repair a few of these. When the transistor is burned, you most likely have a bad flyback transformer and bad picture tube. In this case you replaced this (transistor) component four times. This TV cannot be saved. Thanks for asking.

Sanyo avm 1909s has a buzzing sound

The buzzing sound from your TV indicates that it LOY [Line Output Tranformer] has damaged. You have to open your tv and must have some knoledge in electoncis to retify this fault. Whe LOT said above is replaced, you have to replace its drive transistor also. Whe LOT getd damaged, the transistor that drives that will also get dameged. Therefore, when we replce the LOT, we have to replace the drive transistor also.
You just replace the its drive transistor first. After replacing it, just switch ON the Tv for a short time, say about 30 seconds or so, swtich it OFF, unplug it from mains supply, and check the heat of the above said transistor by bare figure touch. It may get warm, but not hot. If it overheats, it is an indication for you that the LOT is damaged and must be replaced wit same type annd number.
The horizontal out put transistor can be located very nere to LOT, and a three terminal component, look like a power transistor screwed on to a metal plate to radiate heat away from it, will be very close to the above said LOT.
Replace it first, and see the effect. If you wants further assistance frome me, get me through Fixya. Ok.

Denon AVR-3105 Unit tries to come on but after a few seconds power LED flashes red. (Unit shuts down) I found transistors Q1015L and Q1035L in the output circuit shorted. However, replacing these...

Look for open resistors in the same area. Also, if the transistors that you replaced are the output transistors, you should replace their compliments as well. I don't have the service manual with me at the moment, so I'm juist giving you generalities. If you can, lift the center pin of the output transistors and measure (and post) the voltage readings on each of three pads for each transistor. That should give me enough info to guide you further.

NAD C350

Take a ohm meter and measure resistance from emiter to collector should have a few kilo ohm on output transistor.
If no ohm meter available , remove output transistors from circuit.
note position of transistor . you have a NPN and a PNP for each channel.
Replace fuse and power up. If fuse blows check bridge in the power supply.

80% of the time output transistor burn and blow the fuse.
before replacing output transistors check driver transistors they probably burnt also

Yamaha receiver RXV-1400 turning off after 3 seconds.

there are several reasons, but the most common is because a high power trasistor is shorted, most yamaha receivers use the same names for the failure signals, such as PRD, PRI, PRY
The PRI is the signal that "tells" to the microprocessor that something is wrong with the power amplifier stage. so my recommendation is that look with the ohmeter a power transistor shorted usually if one if damaged, the next one or complimentary is too, there is a small transistor between the two big ones, usually is the number is D1915, if this is damaged, USE the SAME, also look for resistors damaged, specially the low value like the big white this resistor is 2 in 1 and some times just one resistor opens.

I hope this helps
