Webcam does not work on Vista

I have Motorola Rokr E6. Everything is perfect other than Web cam. Web cam works on XP but not on the Vista.

- yes i have the same problem. i make the usb mode to web cam it appears starting web cam and after a few secs it gets disconnected from my computer
