Question about Epson Stylus Office Equipment & Supplies
What should i do to fix it please help me
You either used not original manufacturer cartridges or you attempt to refill them with ink, the cartridges have a small chip telling the printer how many pages were printed and how much ink was used.
You will need either a device to reset the chips or replace them with original manufacturer ones.

SOURCE: How to fix "Ink Absorber Full"??
The ink absorber is a small piece of material that is used to hold the ink that is scraped from print heads on the ink tanks during cleaning. I suggest, wearing gloves of course, removing the material, which resembles a sponge, and cleaning it with warm water. Allow sufficient time to dry, clean the sensor with a cotton swab, and reinstall. Remember to change the ink tanks at the same time, in order to reset the ink counter. There are new absorbers available for purchase on the web, if you don't want to clean the old one. Others have had similar problems, Canon suggests sending the equipment to them for repair.

SOURCE: ink settings
Have you made sure you removed the backing plastic from the cartridge sensor?
Try reinstalling the driver and do a nozzle and head alignment test. If you still have the same issue, try doing a hard reset - unplug the printer from power and PC, wait for about 10 minutes and replug everything and see. If the issue still occurs, there could be an issue with the cartridge sensor on your printer, which will require servicing.

The ink level indicator is only an estimate to give you an idea when it's time to buy a new cartridge. You cannot reset the ink level indicator so simply ignore it if you refill your cartridges. See pg 72 of the user manual which you can get here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01374711.pdf

Above link great.
If you have a newer print cartridge cart, look for the little window. I put a sticker over the little window on the Brother (innobella) LC38 cartridge cart and it worked great :)
Despite finding a fix for this problem, I think this is a rip off setting on the brother printers and I will never buy another Brother printer for this reason.
