Probably the app is not yet compatible with the new update, if they're on top of the situation it may take a minimum of 3 days for a fix. I'd suggest contacting Nexus and ask them to send a request to whoever put out the app to do a fix. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problem is probably related to the update and that wouldn't fix your problem. If it's a free app I'd try that anyway, just in case.
