I usually go to the NEC site for datasheets and purchases. I know that they carry this part, it's in their catalogue. Hope this helps.

Tda2030 fried in my marshall mg10cd all i can find are lm389 jrc 5545,xx65...can some one tell me which wires b go where... The sa us a five pin...all i have are 8 pin ic..

Best to use the correct IC as the ones you mention are way off what you need. It's an old IC now but if you do a Google search for suppliers you should be able to get one. I've seen them on Ebay and Amazon.

M-Audio AV20 smells like burnt

Yes, it is possible to burn an IC and not the fuse, because of Safety standards, the fuse has the function to avoid a possible fire, but it should deliver all the power needed by the circuit it is protecting, and that amount of power can burn, in this case, the IC.
From my technical point of view, there should not be a problem to connect the speaker to 110 V instead of 220 V, all that might happen is to have less power available at output, I have no idea about the reason of the burnt IC, but, as we all know, they (the IC's), don't need a reason to burn themselves whenever they decide to.
So, the next step, will be to replace the burnt IC, and that is not a simple task, you need a SMD station and some experience in doing such jobs.
Good luck and best wishes.

Behringer XENYX 1202FX Mixer

It is possible one of the IC's failed.

You can apply an audio signal to the input and with a small amplifier with speaker you can trace through the circuit to locate which IC failed.

The input to the small amp split iattach 2 wires pr test least leads from a meter, ground the ground lead of the little amp to the mixer chassis, and then with the other wire/test lead trace the defective channel 1 IC at a time until you lose signal.

If you download the IC's data sheet, Most likely a 4558 typse, you can speed the testing by simly testing at the amplifier inputs and output of each section of the IC. When you lose the signal, you found the offending IC- use the other channel for compairison.

Digikey has a site search, so you can enter the number on the IC to find if they carry it, or a similar IC, and who makes it- on the item specification page there is a link to the datasheet. While they may not have all of them, they have quite a few.

Marshall valvestate 2000 avt no effects

If just no effects, look for a loose ribbon wire. Check footswitch and make sure the plug and jack are fully mated.

It is possible you have a defective 4558 IC, about the only way to locate the problem IC or transistor quickly is to "buzz test" the circuit. You may need to have an audio input of some sort pugged in as well to get the effects to respond. Expose the bottom of the chassis, and with a screwdriver begining at the output, work your way back through the stages/ICs until you lose the signal. Since you seem to indicate it is at the effects, begiin where they end.

Also make sure the solder connections are sound.

Pin 3 and pin 5 are the positive/noninverting inputs to the 4558 series of IC.

No audio output. muffled output from Phones jack

you need to check the power supply of the amplifier with the help of a voltmeter. if that is OK the power amplifier IC(integrated circuit) is gone bad, see for overheating of IC.

Input clean is very low almost not there. switching to OD works fine.

If memory serves me correctly, these units use a 4558 OpAmp Ic. Both inputs pass thru this IC. One side provides a clean amp stage and the other is set up to run in a higher gain mode. This IC needs to be changed, It should be a small IC with 8 pins.
