I am not getting any sound from my sharp sound bar

I'm no good at French, but perhaps you manage anyway.
I used this on Google "sharp HT-SL70 manual" because I don't know the French word for manual. I did find manuals form Sharp in different languages, but not in French. So perhaps you try this yourself. Don't open the first links, where it says manuals on line, because they want to install malware. Only open the Sharp links where you already see PDF in front.

In the sound setup screen select optical out to send the sound to the sound bar instead of the speakers.

There should not be any problem in connecting this TV to Sound Bar. Check all the connections. Contact any service technician to seek help in this matter. Refer the user manuals to both the sets.

You have to go into the sound setup menu and select which audio out you are using. Select either digital or fiber so the TV can direst the sound to the proper port.

does the tv have optical out or coaxial out this is your only option for this sound bar.

You are always better off starting your own questions rather than tagging to an existing one from January 2014. You question is lacking vital information which leads to us having to guess. Questions must always have FULL 'make model (what it is)'.

Saying 'HT - sb60' leads me to guess you have the Sharp HT-SB60? So then I go off and search 'Sharp sound bar remote code' and I find this. The code is always based on the device it is controlling.

You may have to use the optical cable connections. Make sure there is an optical out on the tv and on the sound bar. Get an optical cable to connect them and go to the audio setup screen and direct the sound from internal speakers to optical out.

Almost every Sharp TV has DIGITAL AUDIO OUTPUT - optical interface.
You will need TOSLINK cable to connect soundbar to the TV.
