Question about Nuance PaperPort Professional 14 F309A-G00-14.0
Code:7,202,15 I am getting the same error code in Paperport 14 but when I use the printer software I can scan perfectly. The error code appears when the scanned file is being saved. The preview works fine. It only happens when I try the scan in B/W or Greyscale. It will scan which indicates it can communicate but uponcompletion of the scan it cannot save.
