Could you please help me my screen has gone black

Well, I personally think BlackBerry\'s are quite bad, but where all different so... You can\'t really fix the screen yourself because your screen\'s dead(broken.) So take it to be repaired at a shop.

Possible only 2 solutions 1,the inverter has gone out and the othere is a replacement screen!

My first guess is that the screen circuitry has gone bad - although fixable. Use an external monitor to verify this. If the external monitor is fine then the screen circuitry is bad, if the external screen shows the same problem then the video chip or associated circuitry has gone bad. My company fixes these all the time.

Sounds like power board issues, if your able test the voltages coming out of it and see if they are correct

it seems there is a problem with your display flex cable, sometimes it comes loose and the lcd goes blank. you can buy a new one or get it repaired from a licensed shop, the motorola.com site lists some vendors you can got there to find one in your zipcode

your flourescent back bulb is prolly burned out, or something is wrong with your video card. try another monitor to rule out your computer first.

You may be in a hibernate mode. Please remove all power including the battery from the laptop. Then wait about 10 sec. Then plug in only the ac adapter and try to start up the computer.

Shut off the closed captioning and your problem will be gone.

I have the same problem. Fine one day and a black screen the next. I called Vivtar and they were no help. They wanted me to send it in and let them repair it at my expense. don't think so. everything works perfect on the camera...but the screen is black and so are the pictures. Good Luck!
