Check the lid on the lower tank. The front of the lid lips over the tank to lock it on and snaps in the back. You probably haven't locked the front edge down
TAKE OFF THE CLEAN WATER TUB IF IT COMES OFF TO FILL AND LOOK FOR SCREENS OR FILTERS THAT COULD BE PLUGGED OR AT LEAST LOOK FOR THE LINE THAT CARRYS THE WATER TO THE PUMP AND AGAIN CHECK FOR LIKE HARD SOAP AND STICK LIKE A NEEDLE IN IT BUT CARFUL NOT PUNCTURE ANY TUBES THE WORST CASE IS THAT THE PUMP THAT MAKES THE WATER SQUIRT OUT IS BAD SAME AS IT BE IF YOURE CAR STOPPED HAVING WINDOW WASHER FLUID SQUIRT OUT
it migh be that the formula you mixed together is notcreating enough pressure to force the mixture out is it the formula the company sells or did you pick up some other formula
Does water squirt out of the hose nozzle, if it does, then check the heater inside the handle asm. Make sure that where the tubes hook up to it are not clogged. If water doesn't squirt, check for the seal at the bottom of the tank, it needs to be on the tank, not in the hole, this is for the soap bottle also, there is a seal on the bottom of it as well. The flow indictor cap is leaking air or maybe is too tight. If you had the top cover off, make sure that the tubes are routed right so as not to get pinched when the cover is put back on, the smart mix knob should be in the water setting and that the piston is on the bottom of the smart mix knob. Pump is bad. Try running a mix of vinegar and water to see if that unclogs the lines. Is the top cover and the base tight together in the back, sometimes the top breaks loose and it will raise up and it can't spray, just re-fasten it down.
Model number would help. With water squirt out of the hose? If it does then the heater in the handle is probably clogger and will have to be cleaned out. If no water, then is the pump belt ok? If it is then you could have a bad pump. Also check that the seal is on the bttom of bothe tanks, and not sitting in the hole that the tank sits in. It has to be on the valve on the bottom of the tank.
